However, I recently went to drop off some blankets for cleaning and was refused service because my blankets had some pet hair. It wasn’t even very much and wasn’t obvious. The lady there went over every inch of the blanket like she was inspecting it and then said “oh there’s pet hair, we don’t clean this.” What’s the point of being a dry cleaner then? I would gladly pay an extra fee if they think it’s too much pet hair to deal with. But I suppose business is going so well they can turn down customers. I happily took my blankets to the cleaners by Huntington Hospital and they provided top notch service. You’ve lost a customer of many years.
